Vintage 70s Miss-Lique Floral Maxi Dress never been worn, that has this weird little metal thing on the waist. It's metal wire decorative attachement with aurora borealis 'jewels' on it. It is sewn on. I don't know what to technically call it, or even really what to say in KW's since there is not enough room for "Jeweled Metal Waist Attachment Thingy" LOLZ... Thanks guys! I found a similar dress last year that had a ROUND one, so I knew to call it Medallion, but this is not round, so clueless...
