Found this item at a garage sale and couldn't pass it up. I looks like a dress due to panels/flaps on the front and back but it's actually pants. I'm thinking vintage floral loungewear. Another question is that it's tagged size 9/10 but I think that I've read that vtg sizes are different so what is the modern size? TIA
