Winning bidder won an item from me. Has been 7 days, sent reminder, she wrote back said she paid, it does not show on PP or eBay or anywhere. She writes back today saying her eBay account has been suspended, but she will try to fix it. She barely speaks English and insists on me contacting her through a different email, has numerous times requested my "mobile" number, which I don't have one and would never give out anyways. Item was only $10, what should I do? Thanks!
