Is anyone else frustrated by the changes in insurance requirements? It seems to me that if a buyer doesn't care enough to pay the additional $2ish dollars, they shouldn't be able to file a claim! So now, we have to choose between not insuring and risking having to give a full refund if the buyer says it arrived damage - and eating the cost of insurance ourselves! For people who have very little or nothing invested in their items - this isn't THAT big of a deal. Nothing gained, nothing lost. (Other than time.) But what about the people who DO invest in their items? Now we have to add an additional $2 (plus all the other exorbitant fees) to the cost of the items! Is anyone else infuriated?!
