This is a short sleeve pearl snap button Wrangler--I could not find this tag on the vintage guild site, but I'm assuming 80's--please correct me if I'm wrong. Anyhow, the hem is unfinished as you see in photo--it's like that all the way around, it does not look like it has ever been in any other condition, meaning it does not appear to have ever been hemmed. Were they made this way? There are a lot of similar items listed, I did do my homework, but none of the pics show the hem. TIA
