TIA. we usually only ship within the U.S.,however,we got a request to ship a men's shirt to Norway. on the USPS site,it looks like i can send a 9 oz. box for $12.95 priority or $9.04 1st class. are there any restrictions i should know about? what about VAT? do i need extra insurance? should i go to the post office or print on line? i'm very grateful for any help.Susan
