Hi All, Hope you had a great summer. Fall is inspiring me to get listing... This blouse is black velvet with a side zipper, a draped neckline, and no shoulder pads. My dress form has huge shoulders! The label is Rosecrest. Is it fifties and should I show it with a skirt? More pics below. Thanks a million! Nancy
