60s Sewing pattern mystery- who's Filarski

Hi, I hope someone recognizes this pattern and can tell me what it is, and something about it... especially what it''s supposed to look like. There's no picture or photo on or in the envelope, and no instructions either. Copyright date is 1964 by 'Variation Pattern Service of Costa Mesa, Cal." The front of the 8 1/2 X 11 inch envelope just says "Paris, No. 1, Filarski's variation... complete wardrobe in one pattern system." There's 8 sheets of pattern pieces. Includes a skirt, blouse, and a dress with the variations. But I don't know what it's supposed to look like. Reminds me of the Star Trek episode with Captain Pike... never mind. When I researched it, mostly I ran into some rather painful-looking porn, so I quit looking. Have any pattern sellers ever seen this or know who Filarski is? The pix won't load, gotta get on the other computer. I'll be back. Sandra
