During this slow time am trying to put together a cohesive marketing plan going forward. Just wondering how many who have stores use the ebay newsletter to send out announcements to your customers? And do you think this increases your visibility? Has it significantly build repeat customers? In other words, if used consistently, has it had any direct effect on your sales? I do pay attention to the ones I get in my email, although since most are just "hey new auctions up" I think I might look at those sellers just as often even if I didnt get the newsletter. Thoughts on seller newsletter?
