It's a Nolan Miller dress with really interesting fabric. Actually, it's the most intersitgin Nolan Miller dress I've seen lately. I love the material, but describing it is tough. The fringe is woven into the material. I did a burn test and it makes a hard stinky ash that crumbles when you touch it. Burns really fast too.
