I am pretty sure these are 50s but are they Japanese, Chinese, Thai? The lady I got them from is about 70 to mid 70s. The dry cleaning tag had what I think was her maiden name and not her married name (same first name different last name). There was a letter from her doctor dated 1958 saying she was 4 mos. pregnant and able to fly to Hawaii. Her husband was in the Army. That is the background that I am using to date these pajamas. The elastic is gone in the pants waist, top waist and sleeves. There are casings so I could replace it but I don't really know if it would be worth it if they aren't worth much. Linda
