This belt is wild. There are FIVE working buckles. It's an off-white patent leather with red rivets and buckles. The red vinyl pieces actually unsnap. Not sure what there use would be unless it's for hanging things from. There are four sets of two of these and one long one. Would you guess 1960's on this one? I love the fact that the buckles can adjust so it can be used as a hip hugger belt as well. Cheryl
